98 Dodge Neon OEM Wheel Interchangeability
Hi, Looking for tech help. One of my OEM steel rims is bent, slightly, I want to replace it, but have received conflicting advice. One auto salvage yard has OEM rims from a 99, 96 & 97 neon and claims they will fit my 98. Another salvage yard told me I would have to find rims from a 98 and that only OEM rims from a 98 will fit my car.
The "Dodge boys" have been little help -- they only want to sell a replacement OEM wheel. Can anyone tell which OEM steel rims will fit, or where I can find that information? Help! Thanks, Ed |

What's the width of your wheel? On the back of wheel you will see an offset or ET number - what's that number?

98 Neon OEM Wheel
I have looked at two of the OEM steel rims and found two different sets of numbers.
One has 14x5.5 JJ stamped on it the other has F1 T 14x5.5 J 707 stamped on it. Do these numbers describe what type of replacement rim I need and are they the same? |
