ECU Location/Install

Were is the ECU in a 95 LS? I got my chip yesterday and I could tear the car apart looking for the thing in one of a million places or one of you could help. I would prefer the later.

Thanks!!!!!!!!!!

PS Has any one installed a chip in a car like mine. It is a manual 95. If you could give me some guidance the instructions that came with it were for five different types of computers and they all look simular.
