Talking I found the problem . . . .

Has anyone heard of the problem with the 325I airbox? ? ?
My car would not start after I put a new motor in it and I asked a couple of questions in this forum and I thank DeRath and Sexy Beast for their help ! ! !

The problem was the airbox had filled up with water and flooded the airbox and the computer shorted out. I read somewhere else of this problem but, the other guy had taken it thru a car wash and it flooded the airbox too and shorted out his computer as well. He had to replace his computer as well and they also drilled a hole in the airbox to let the water drain out. . . . a couple of months later he went thru a car wash again and it did the same thing. I won't take mine to a car wash ! ! !

Is this a design flaw only with the 325 series ? ? ?

Thanks,
