I get the same thing...it sux... I thought it was coming in through my taillights..(I have seen alot of people have this problem) but when I ran the hose on the car one day, it was actually coming in through the driver side rear hatch window.
I need to replace a seal or something... It's not too bad yet... At least not as bad as the river that pours in through my pass side window every time it rains... poor passengers....at least I'm dry..

I only had the problem when I had my clear tail lights though. Never had a problem with leaks when I had the stock tails, or my altezza's... |

I had this problem too (at least I think I fixed it). Check the usual spots (tail light seals, weather striping etc), but also check the air ducts in the hatch drip channel (black flat oval things) because the seals dry up and fall apart. They just pull out and they can be resealed with silicone sealant. Also, pull off the weather stripping near the bottom of the hatch opening (latch area). The pinch welds were rusty in this area on my car and I had some perforations to repair. I also removed the black rubber roof stips (be careful, there is an aluminium backing material and bends easily) and found some cracks in the body putty seals (also near the hatch) and repaired them as well. After all that I think I nailed down all the leaks.
