DRIVESHAFT confusion!

Well just got back from the dealer, want 600 to change the passenger side driveshaft. I am in Ecuador, and i want to order the part and ship it here (550 of that price is for the parts!!!!)

So, in the honda parts catalog, link
It says the part i need is 115669, i guess, but there are 4 other parts that say Driveshaft R.??????

I called Advance Autoparts, and they say they have Cardone parts,
A1 Cardone 604088
CV Half-Shaft Assy: Reman.

My question is.... whats the OEM part number!?!!?!!?!?!
or am i missing something here???

ANY help is GREATLY appreciated!!!!!!!!
