should i get this 300zx tt? help!

hi, i just found this 300zx TT and also just gotten the list of mods and pictures from the seller. this is a 1990 TT with 44,000 miles on it (altho i really feel iffy bout the mileage. car fax says possible odm rollback but the seller insisted it's not possible..he is the second owner.) but anyways, here is a list of the mods and few pictures. what do you all think? he is selling it for $13500, thogh i think it can still be lower a bit. worth it? please let me know!

it also has a Stillen GTZ-R front fascia. it looks clean and nice from the pictures. chrome stock wheels.

so how does it look? worth it? he said he took the car to the track to see how fast it goes (so thats why he has the roll cage and the fire extinguisher) the only problem with the car is the speakers, which are easy fix.
