Help!...Broken rear window (convertible)

I have a 1999 M3 convertible. The damn rear window broke while putting the top down the other night. The new window is $301 plus another $168 installation at the dealer. I can purchase one on the web for $275. My question is: Can I put this thing in myself? It zips in, can it be that difficult? What all is involved? Should I just let the dealer do it?

Pease Advise,
Ralfy
