It's already low enough, but you can bend the upper and lower control arms, and adjust everything else for the front. For the rear, bend the suspension part and cut and shorten the shock parts.

Scale Auto had a nice article on that exact kit a few months ago, sorry forgot which issue

With the Revell Integra, It can be lowered by glueing the wheel/ brake discs a bit higher on the suspension piece.
