Does anyone know where I can get a good mod chip for a 99' cavy?

oh you mean the 5 cent resistors you can get at Radio Shack that do absolutely nothing but make your engine think the air is colder out??

Save your money...they dont work and will make your engine run richer eventually causing carbon buildup...

If you want some more horsepower get some altezzas or an LED exhaust tip
