I have a question to the very knowlegeable owners and Gear heads out there in the forum is there really a chip out there or are the people on ebay full of shit???? try the search on ebay for SPEC V and seek and see what i am talking about they claim to use some sort of resonator to trick the ECU it to leaning the fuel mix ?? can this crap really work???? well i am lost need some help from more knowlageable people out there

Its a big ripoff. My friend did it and there was no difference on a dyno. Its a waste of time. There is no "chip" for the sentra but JWT is trying to make one as we speak. They are having a hard time "cracking the code"

The only "chip" that actually works is JWT ecu reprogram..

This thing you keep on seeing on ebay is a ripoff. See the way the ecu senses how much air is going in so it can add the right amount of fuel is it takes the voltage from the temp sensor (higher voltage = higher temp) to get the density, and the amount from the maf. What this "chip" does is it goes in series with the temp sensor wire. This effectively reduces the voltage that it sends to the maf. Because of this lower voltage, the ecu thinks the air entering is colder and therefore more dense. It adds more fuel to compensate and basically makes the air/fuel mixture rich. It might add 1hp down low and chances are it will rob hp up high.
