Hyper ground system??

Looking at this page, I question if this new ground system can really do what it is claiming. If it is, I think it would be worth the 115 bones to buy it. Any of you ever use this system, what were the results? I think I have seen cheaper name brand ground kits b4, but none that claim to do what this will. Let me know what you think. Is it legit or just a product promising results such as http://www.aquatune.com/index.sap that are just that, claims.
