I would be shocked if Tamiya models the 612 Scaglietti. First, because Tamiya seems to be heading away from 1/24th scale models, second because they never did the 550/575, and third...the 612 is booorrring to look at. The CGI's going around of the "479 Fiorano" the last couple of weeks looked far better than the real car turns out. Sorry, this new Ferrari does nothing to stir my soul

They could really get my attention by doing the Prodrive 550GTS Maranello...they looked killer at the Petite LeMans this year, much faster than the C5R's.

I've noticed that too that Tamiya is'nt releasing the same amount of new kits as in past years. its a shame becouse the Enzo kit was insane. one heck of a kit.

While I don't hate the 612, the Carrera GT and Mercedes SLR gets a higher priority, in my opinion.
