Few small questions.

Hi there to all Camaro people. I am going to buy my first car soon and im curently looking for a 91-93 Stang or a Lt1 Camaro. I wanted to ask, what do you call a 94 camaro in good condition (e.g. Milage, noise, exterior, interior etc) Thanks to anyone who replies.

#1 The Camaro is out, it can't handle the heat of this country.
#2 So much for "The Camaro is out...", I found one which is tuned to handle the heat and its 1995 for 2.5K, its not my final decision though.
#3 Camaro is out, someone bought it before me.
#4 Found a 300ZX 1986 in good condition for 2400, will take it for a check up on thursday.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy one with over 100k on the odometer if I knew it had been taken care of. I wouldn't want to buy anyone else's race car...

Most anything that's 10 years old is gonna have some squeaks in it. I'd have to evaluate it on a case by case basis with test drives...

ive got a 94 and as anyone would expect there are some noises and stuff wrong with it...you might wanna check for water damage cause some of the 94s had a water seal problem with the driver's side top(happened to me, little silicone fixed it right up). apparently the fuel pumps on the 94s dont last as long as would be wanted...cant tell you about mileage mine has 43k on it(garage kept)

I think he means for under a grand in mods, you can make the GN run 12's.

Still, I second the GN idea!!

yea I ment under a grand in mods. I bought mine for 6k with the top end tore apart,no brake lines, tranny out of the car, and gas tank and lines ripped out of it. Also I bought it from my uncle who gave me a hell of a deal on it. This is a little off topic but new times at the track. with a used front mount intercooler, and race gas I ran an [email protected],[email protected],[email protected] With a grand total of $1,465 worth of mods, still on street tires and 30 dollars worth of race gas(118 octane)and 28 PSI of boost. no knock

Yea they are expensive but they offset there cost in the low ammount of money to make them go fast. i mean for 600 bucks worth of slicks, adjustible wastegate, Alky kit, and a few various little things and your running mid to high 12's and they are cheaper at the gas pump and insurance. when I said 50$ a month i ment full coverage with a 250 dectable. 100/300 coverage and anoter like 10 bucks a month to have my glass insured. The only thing I don't like about my car is that you have to spend a conserdibale ammont of money to make the car handle.
