Ok, I've decided to go with the Bilstein HD strut's, but their's a problem, everywhere I've called said they can't get it or "it's not on our computer". It's really starting to make me aggrevated
So...who knows where I can get these imported or where I can find these, I really want them. If I can't get them at all, I guess I might settle for the Koni Yellows, and who knows where to get these??? Thanx, your help is GREATLY appreciated.p.s. Prices on these will be good also. Thanx again.

I think Bilstein is vaporware stateside. Additionally, I read that a Bilstein rep told a G owner that the Euro Primera replacements wouldn't work right in the G anyway. He may have been blowing smoke, but I have to wonder if this is an indication that Bilstein would invalidate their warranty if the Primera replacements were used in this application.
The consensus is that the KYB GR-2 is the best readily available non-adjustable replacement on the G in terms of a balance between ride comfort and handling. Of course, you *could* go adjustable and do GAB or KYB AGX, but I think ride comfort would suffer even on the softest setting, at least when new, depending on whether you're riding on stock springs or lowered aftermarkets. Depending on the generation of your G, Koni only works on the rear axle after modification and is usually reviewed as too stiff for a daily driver. Of course, your mileage may vary depending on your tolerance for ride severity. There's a great article on this very subject at http://www.g20.net/mod_suspension.html although I think the writer is overly optimistic about Bilstein availability and appropriateness to the application. I'd love to be proven wrong, though! Good luck with whatever you're able to find...and if you *do* find Bilsteins please spill the beans!

Wow, I thought nobody would ever reply to this lol thanx man...well just to let you know I have a 2001 G20t(p11) with under 8k miles and so far the only thing I've found out about the Bilstein's is that when I called Bilstein, a representative there told me that they may be able to import these over for me, but it'll cost me, how much I don't know. Seems to be very expensive. So is their an alternative maybe??? What other struts/shocks are their for a P11 and which one can handle aftermarket springs without suffering too much ride quality? I need more options. thanx again.
p.s. If i do find anything else about the Bilsteins for a p11, fitment and availability-wise I'll let you know.

I've read that thread already...i'm the one who started it
but anyways, i think i might have a solution to getting these, ok...maybe someone overseas on this bulletin board can help me. That's the only thing I can think of. Maybe someone in europe, new zealand or someone that can import them to the states for me. I dont know...an overseas performance shop or something. Their e-mail address can help greatly also. just an option I guess. Thanx for help.
