Attention wiring help for iacv.

i did a 5spd swap on my 99 civic ex. I found out that the 5spd iacv is 2 wire vs the 3 wire on the auto. I got a 5spd manual tb and intake mani, so I need to convert the 3 wire to a 2 wire. I heard that I would need to change some pinouts on my ecu then cut the clip from the 3 wire iacv. Then get a 5spd clip with 2 wire and then attach that to the3 wire, leaving the orange wire pulled back. Can someone clarify for me what I must do.. thanks
