injectors not working
hi
i have a honda civic '94. it had the transmision (automatic) removed, repaired and put back. but now, the car wont work. the injectors arenīt delivering the fuel. we checked everything: fuel presure is ok. ECU is ok. we poured fuel directly into the combustion chamber and the motor worked. if you connect a light bulb tu the injectors' cables, itīs supposed to blink as they get signals to open and close to let the fuel pass. well, the bulb stayes ON the whole time - the injectors arenīt opening. theyīre not clogged either - when we sting any injector, it "spits" a lot of fuel. what can the problem be? as i said, the injectors seem not to get the order to open to let the fuel pass. |

Re: injectors not working
I've read that injectors can get stuck open if the fuel pressure is too high. Are you running an aftermarket fuel system? If so that might be your problem. Don't know why the ecu would give injector pulse all the time. Just a guess. Good luck.
