it was my sisters birthday so my family and i went to the local chevys for dinner. my moms friend (Don) came along with us because my sister likes him. so we sit down and order and it takes like 15 minutes (not too long eh?) and our foods not here yet so my moms friend gets up and goes and complains to the manager. the restaurant is hella busy too so i cant blame them that it took 15 minutes, thats not even very long anyway. so he made a huge scene in the restaurant but it calms down after that.

im driving (moms car) cuz my car is out of comission right now and i like to drive. anyway, my moms friend starts ragging on me for an accident that i got in LAST DECEMBER (dec 1, 2002 7:18 AM). he always does so i dont really mind. my mom says "that was almost a year ago, let it go". and he says "no that was like 6 months" and i say "no that was last fucking december" and he says "if you had said that in front of my dad your face would be pulp" and i said "then he'd be in jail and his sphincter would be buttfucked to oblivion from BUBBA". and he says "you dont have to talk like that in front of your sisters" and i kinda grin and he just starts SCREAMING "WIPE THAT MOTHERFUCKING GRIN OFF YOUR FACE YOU LITTLE SHIT!" and im like *jawdrop* wtf?

he keeps on yelling "YOU DONT NEED TO FUCKING TALK LIKE THAT IN FRONT OF YOUR FUCKING SISTERS" then "IF YOU NEVER FUCKING COME OVER TO MY HOUSE AGAIN I WONT GIVE 2 FUCKING SHITS". my phones in my lap so i just hold 9 for 2 seconds and it dials 911. i just leave it there so whoever picks up the phone can listen in and hear what hes yelling to me. my mom is in the back like scared to shit because hes just going NUTS. she calmy says "come on calm down" and he says "NO, YOUR FUCKING KID NEEDS SOME GODAMN MANNERS". then he punches my chest and says "YOU LITTLE FUCKER LEARN SOME MANNERS". this guy does manual labor all day long so hes pretty well built and he hit me pretty fucking hard.

after this he says "im fucking out of here, fuck you steven you little shit" and just runs off. i hang up the phone cuz nothing else is happening. less than a minute later highway patrol calls my phone and says "this is officer davidson of the california highway patrol, is everything alright?" and i tell him the deal.

i left out some details cuz im too shaken up to remember it all. he was a nice guy and all at first and ive known him over a year and hes never been violent.

i work out, but its not like real hard training or anything, just makes me feel better... he does manual labor all day long and was a total punk in highschool so he has a lot of fight experience.. whatever though, if he does try something again ill do something. oh and about my dad.. hes a puss. hes 6' and 140, so weak too. the reason i didnt do anything last night was mainly because i was driving with my whole family excluding my dad (mom and 2 sisters - 10 and 13) and it was on the freeway too...
