install a blow off valve

All I want to know is what the vacuum hose on the BOV connect to. I know it connects to the intake manifold, but where? Does anyone have any pictures of what it connects to? They'd be helpful

I have one more question. I hope someone can help me with both of these questions. Does an external wastegate's vacuum hose need to be connected to anything? I heard I'd be able to just leave it open but it doesnt sound right. What do you guys think?

Re: install a blow off valve

You connect the vacuum hose from the bov to the vac. hose coming off your fuel pressure regulator. It's the little roundish spaceship looking thing coming off the fuel rail.
Not sure about the wastegate.

Thanks, I found out the wastegate one should be connected to the FPR vacuum hose too. Does anyone know if its ok to have both of them connected to the same line? Because I would also have to have the FMU connected from there so that would make three things connected form that line, is that ok?

You can. Connect them to any vac source after the throttle body. My wastegate abd boost gauge are split off one port on the IM, then the wastegate line is also split into the MSD-BTM. My fuel press reg shares the line off the TB with the map sensor. My BOV is split off the brake booster.
