> 1.) What are the best kinds of printers I.E. Laser, Ink

Alps Micro Dry thermal printer is the best, but color laser printer is also good. (Color copier works well, too)
What MD printer can do and color lasers can't is to print white, chrome and gold.

> 2.) What are some good companies.

Alps, and any color laser printer manufacture, HP, Epson, Canon, etc.

> 3.) Are there specific decal sheets you need for specific types if printers.

There are many brands for both Alps MD printer and laser printer specific papers. Also, some companies produce ink jet decal and fixer spray, but I don't have the first hand experience, so I don't know how good they are.

> 4.) What are some requirements of printers to print very nice clear decals?

I think even the cheapest color laser does a good job.

> 5.) What are the best ways to have very nice and sharp decals.

Prepare the image at high resolution, such as 600 dpi for raster graphics (bunch of dots) or use vector graphics program.

> 6.) What program should I use to resize decals, whats the best program for resizing decals?

Most of the graphics programs should be able to do it. I work on PaintShop Pro and Photo Shop. PaintShop Pro is less than $100.
PhotoShop is $650, but if you are a student or have a friend in college, it's only $300.
