Turbocharger and engine swap question...
I was thinking about buying a jackson turbocharger.... Should I go ahead and get it now for my 95 civic ex VTEC, or wait until (thinking about swapping for a 94+ vtec prelude engine....).

And also anyone have a rough estimate on how much this would all cost?
