What is this part of my car?
I was wondering what this was?
 I'm thinking about fixing it myself. So I need to know what this is and how much it would normally run for if anyone knows. Thanks

Ive always known it as the bumper filler piece. Thats what most people call it but if you went to the dealership, that might not be exactly what they call it.
