Reflective Tint??

Ok i just got 20% reflective tint put on my car..now the guy said it would take about 3 weeks to fully dry and i couldnt roll down my windows for a couple days...does anyone else have reflective tint and have to wait 3 weeks?

I don't know about reflective tint but most normal tinting jobs it's a 24-48 hour period of windows up.

well i hope your ready to take it off again! Its a cop magnet, and is 100% illegal in any state unless it came from the factory! i got pulled over just for having 15% charcoal tint on my car and was asked to take it off. not that i actually did, lol.

It's not illegal in all states, some states have laws on how tinted it can be. My state Mass is one example

Mass is legal to 15%, CT has no no legel limit from what I was told at the tint shop, when I had mine done. This was also back in 99.

I was told not to roll my windows down for 24 to 48 hours to dry, not to wash the windows for a little while, and NEVER use windex, unless you like you tint changing colors.
