Electrical problem in 97 540i

I have a 97 540. My back windows, and locks dont work. My trunk button doesnt work and my washer fluid pump doesnt work, and my dome lights dont either. All the fuses seem to be working fine. ANyone know what the problenm might me?

Stock fuses cause problems

Did these problems all start at once? Did you have the rear seat out? the control unit(s) for these are under the rear seat, left side. also you say the fuses are good...but they can look ok but not work...replace them with the plastic fuses, they are more reliable. I just serviced an e39 that had a trunk latch problem that was caused by the rubber cover on the switch peeling off and getting stuck, causing the switch to stay on. I lifted the trunk lid and looked up at the handle, because it felt funny, and there it was. Washer pumps fail often. It's on the washer bottle. Window switches fail often. Does anyone know where to get wiring diagrams? not availible to non-BMW techs..very frustrating...
