Need HELP concerning Soft/Bad Stock 17" Wheels

Hi Guys,

I Bought 2 Audis in Mai of 2001.

I have 17" Wheels (not the S4 Ones) They are the same as the 16" ones but are 17"(9 Spoke) They came as a special at the end of the 2001 models. (1400$US option)

5 out of 10 Mags are Bent (2 cars + 2 Spares)
1 Blow out Tire
4 Messed up Tires (with bumps on the side walls)
They are Pirrelli P6000 Tires.

I want to know if anybody else has add similar problems....
my assumption is the wheels are too big for the car or just plain too cheap and soft.
