WTF does 'SPOCOM' mean?

A group of people in Japan who envy the American import scene. Ever been to a Hot Import Nights show...or seen pictures? Thats what they build their cars like. They also use our parts from popular manufacturers such as APC, Ractive, etc.

I'm not a fan of those show type vehicles. Also those Japanese must be mad to import products from APC and the like. Oh well.
