Question Alternator

Are there any ways of going around having to upgrade an alternator? Two batteries with caps? Or is it more cost worthy to just upgrade the alternator? My stock alternator amperage is only 80 and my system (just the amps) has a total fuse rating of 320 amps (4 amps). I'm only using 2 amps right now with a total fuse rating of 200 amps. I'm running the Old School PPI Art Series. Thanks in advance for any info.

well, not really ..... extra batteries are really just a load, and caps are storage devices - they do not create energy. If your system is sucking the batt/alt dry - the only remedy is to get a bigger alt.
