Finished Fujimi Ferrari F40 1/16 **PIC**

Here is the finals picture of my Fujimi 1/16 Ferrari F40 LM. This project took me near 2 month of work (working a bit everyday) This is a really good kit, but need a lot of work since it's old and plastic changed over the years.

This is box stock version, I hope i will have more than 6 reply like my last Thread

beautiful work. Very very cool and the opening doors are a nice touch! Did they come like that in the kit or did you cut them open?

Great stuff, looks flawless.

Is this some kind of 'warmed' F40? Has a few nice touches over the regular version, like the rear wing and lip on the front.

Very nice build, did it go together ok, have built a Lambo in this scale and the fit was a little loose in places. BTW like the avatar, I luv the Simpsons

it's a LeMan version. You have the regular wings in the kit too if you prefer, but I like this style.

Everything that was on the frame goes perfect fit. Some cleaning needed but it was near perfect. On the body, Nothing fit. I had hard time here and it took me 1 month to fix the body yo give it a good shape and filling with putty etc.. The problem is the plastic on the body is very thin, and after 15 years in a box, part are loosing the shape and what was round are not flat.. took me a lot of time to give the shape of the doors !
