weird brake trouble

i have a 94 pathfinder that gives both the parking brake light and the abs light indicator on the dash when i make right turns. they will then stay lit until i turn left.

is this abs, rotor trouble, or what?

thanks

Catfish,
This happened to me today. Thats why I joined this forum. abs and brake light go on when I turn right. other than that the car is running fine. Last week I had around 1,000 pounds of bagged dirt in the back for a good 7 days, doing a lot of driving (just too lazy to get rid of the dirt). Im wondering if that has anything to do with it.
Any way, Im going to try calling Nissan tomorrow to see if this is a common occurrence or not. Im thinking I just need brakes. I'll let you know what I find out. If you find anything out on your end, please let me know. Hopefully we get the same conclusion.

Thanks

brought the car to a brake specialist. Apparently the sensor for brake fluid is on the left side of the reserve. if youre a little low on fluid and make a right turn, the sensor is triggered and brake light and abs light will go on. He added an ounce of brake fluid and it was fine. no more light. He advised me I have another 2 or 3,000 miles left on the brakes ( they were low)-So I had him do the brakes anyway.

Hope this is the answer to your problem also. Good Luck.

hehe. that's great. fixed the brakes (also a little lower than i thought) and, get this, replaced the sensor with a part from the salvage yard. everything is fine now. thanks for your help, that's a huge help.
