Have you ever woken up and have no idea where you are?

This happened to me last night. I went to bed round midnight, and woke up a while later, and I was all confused and stuff cause I had no idea where I was, even tho I was still just in my bed in my room

Well?

A couple of times when I used to drink, hence one of the reasons I quit.

Cant say from sleeping, but once we were playing Ultimate (its a cool frizbee/football combination (non contact) and I jumped up to catch the damn thing and got knocked off balance by another guy doing the same thing. I landed on my back and bounced my head of a stone on the ground. I remember standing up saying "I'm ok" and then passing out. When I woke up, I was no longer on the field and wasn't quite sure where I was. The guys tell me it was pretty funny in retrospect since there was no permanent damage (insert smart ass comment here).

Twice...I woke up once laying on table in the foyer of our fraternity house, with the entire perimeter of my body outlined with beercans. The second time I woke up on our sand volleyball court, under a sleeping bag with some girl named Casey. I had no memory of anything, but I dated her for a month or so after that just in case.

Its happened a few times. Happened over the summer when I fell asleep in my car. I think I know why I was so messed up when I woke up...the temperature was 106 degrees inside, even with the windows open.

yeah, i had that happen 3 years ago. I went to visit a friend in western PA at college, and we went to a frat party, where I ended up gettin picked up by a hot-ass chick. she took me back to her school which was just down the road, and to make a long story short, "spent the night".
well I woke up the next morning and was like, who the..what the..... where the F am I!!!..... then I finally figured it out, kissed her goodbye and walked back to my friends school.... it was a good trip

It can still happen to you if you dont drink. I dont drink and it happens to me once in a while. Im not sure what exactly causes it.

So FTO, you can honestly say that you have never woken up disoriented or not 100% sure of where you are.

Its a scary feeling, if only for a second.

Well, I knew where I was, but I thought it was the next day. I woke up about 8PM (from a nap) and the house was dark and empty and for some reason I thought it was the next morning already. For some reason it really freaked me out.

sorry, didn't mean any offence with my drink comment If it has happened to me before, I really don’t remember it.

Maybe it was so traumatic that I’ve repressed the memory!! :hehehe:

I remember one time fairly recently when I had rolled all the way across my "full" bed and I had my face buried in between the wall and the mattress instead of being on the "open" side. I started to freak out, but then I realized I could still move, and I was fine. *lol* I must look really dumb now!
