head building questions???

i got a b16....i saw someone had for sale some integra R head stuff..like retainers, valve springs..etc...what all is needed to build the head..and well the b18c5 stuff work on the b16?...also..about how much does it run you money wise at a shop???..im not really looking for a port and polish...just a little more hp and enough to rev pretty high...like 85-9000 rpms....just dont wanna float a valve and stuff...thanks

Yes the C5 head components will work but if you want some real cam improvements, I'd get some Skunk2 stage 2's or Toda Spec B's. As car as parts needed, you already covered it.
