cars shakes bad at low speeds
going at like 10-15 mph without foot on brakes or without foot i gas, cant feel much in the steering just a litle from a tie rod end but the car makes a hoppon motion an up then down type thing, then at higher speeds theres vibration where everything shakes dont know what causes it but help would be nice, i know its not the tires

Does the steering wheel shake? What does it do at high speeds? If it's really bad, it could be a bent axle or your tie rod ends going bad, I had that happen on one car, but when that happened, it was all in the steering wheel, and went away at about 40mph. Just my two cents...
