Unhappy 99 bonneville fog lights not working!!

hey evereyone id appreciate some help here. i just bought a 99 bonneville. i purchased some led lights that you hook up to your parking lights from autozone. i stripped the wires going directly to the fog light bulbs to get power and so that i could turn the lights on off with the foglight switch, well it grounded out and now they will not work, ive checked and pulled every fuse the car has and i am stumped, totally stumped lol. does anyone know if there is a inline fuse?
thanks, clintard
