Renault 19 TD rear fog light not working

Hi guys

I'ved got a Renault 19 turbo diesel 1.9 engine and year 1995, the rear fog light doesn't seem to work. I checked the fuse and replaced the old bulb but it's still not working. All help and suggestions are appreciated.
