Project: TypeKoshiR CIVIC /pics01

So finnaly some progress,
we finished our little project how to redo hood and fenders and then put it in primer, cause I'll prolly paint the whole car when I'll finish that litlle project of mine...

So what have I done to it this sunday is:

-put new hood on
-put new fenders on
-put new 17" rims with dunlop SP9000 205/40/17
-put my three little friends from AM in

As you'll notice still without engine
We'll build it till the end of this month a tuned B16A2,
and I'll put the hidraulic clutch I already got the whole sistem...

So here are some photos of my car:

This is in what shape I left it
(front is totally naked :crying :crying :crying)

On this pic we already put some stuff on,
I had to push hood down with my fingers cause I broke one
of those hood screws,
to strong
(still without 17" rims)

One front pic
(it looks little funny cause it has no engine in and that's why front is sky high )

Sied pic here you can see how the car is leaning to backawards
(need engine quick )

Two of my friends standing on the front bridg so we could see
how much lower it would go with the engine and how much will
that rim go under the fender
(I need to buy that camber kit - urgent cause my camber is now -1
and I'll fix that to +1)

Another one

One from the back
I know tezzas will bother you, don't worry I'll go for prelude tail light conv
very soon...
(bad camera )

One more

Installing the AM gauges
so three little friends
-oil temp.
-oil pressure
-watter temp.

I hope this time I'll prevent previus mistake
(engine blow off - oil temp. was sky high)

AMs
(It'll be a hell of a nice view on those gauges when they'll work)

One more

And the last one
my car and friends in back

I hope you'll like it

CYA

I'll post more pics when we'll put that engine in
I can hardlly wait to see that car runin'

NOP that is not all what I'm gona change about exterior,
I'll shave everything like I did on fenders that spot where the side plastic
comes then we'll shave the tank door and put the one from honda motor I'll try to get some prlude lights and do a little tail light conv. then new bumper goes on front and new side skirts are goin on...all already in making...A lot of changes on exterior just need more money and time

As far as the engine goes it's gona be B16A2 with ITR parts and some race stuff in there I'll put dyno on when I'll finish it I hope it'll run sweet, cause it's over 2500$ in that engine project....

YOP that is a Peugeot 206 1.6 xs it's friends car

And the screw a broke is one of thos four screws that are fixing the hood to the mounts!!!

Those are MS design side skirts for CRX del sol but are custum fitted to body of that car. We spent lots of hours doin' those!
But I did get used to them so that is why we'll put another ones on again we'll custom do them.

i like the look so far, can't wait for the final project, but you def. need to lose everything that says type-R, you will get hated on, cause B16A2 ain't type-R but still is a good engine and should be really fast in your car

The sticker is not TypeR but it's Type KoshiR like
underneth the TYPE sticker is word KOSHI so like something I made up,
my brand cause I'll make that car to my spec so that is why it's gona be
typekoshiR CIVIC on the back I already got orig. stickers-mine...

As far as the typeR engine goes and my B16A2 don't worry mine will eat the typeR anytime believe me there is a lot of work done on that B16 exapt that that the upper part of engine is totaly from ITR and lower part of engine is also modiffied it has NA racing pistons + some work done on flywheel and race clutch....

I can hardly wait to put that nasty engine in that car
My friend has almost the same setup in his car that is 300kg heavier 5 door civic and the engine is b18c4 (orig 170HP) and he can beat ITR anytime he wants and produces a lot more HP than stock ITR...

It would be nice to have and 1.8 engine but that 1.6 will do good for now...for this project but when I'll finish that one I won't stay still I'll try to build new engine prolly a "CRVTEC FI", that is my plan for next ten years
I was looking for b20 for my lower part of the engine but I just couldn't find any engine selling in Europe I was looking for almost 1 year...
