Nope - that's actually XP4 in both of those photos - currently owned by a gentleman in Northern California named Larry Blair.

Wyclef's car is a much darker shade of blue and it has a white interior. Another identifying feature of Wyclef's F1 is that the wheels have been polished. There's photos in here somewhere of his car. Try the search feature, or use Google.

BTW: His last name is spelled "Jean", but it is pronounced like John.
