96 VR6 OBDII 50K miles Motor 4Sale

Picked up a spare engine for my Jetta GLX with the intent of rebuilding it and tuning it up. Then I went and got married, so I don't really have the time to do it.

Engine is a OBDII VR6 from a 96 Jetta GLX. The car was T-boned, and the junkyard dropped the sub-frame to sell the tranny to a garage. While they had it out, I snagged the motor. Odometer was reported at just over 50,000 miles in the police report of the accident.

Have the block and heads, the first part of the air intake tubing past the throttle-body (no maf). No apparent leaks on the seals or gaskets. Looks like it needs a new serp belt, but other than that, should be good to go.

Motor is currently residing in a garage in central PA (Harrisburg Area), and I'd prefer to not have to ship it too far, but I'm willing to discuss options.

If anyone's interested, pls let me know!

How much would it cost to ship to california? My brother possibly blew up the engine in my 96 VR6 GLX. Mechanic says that it threw a rod or bent it, something like that.
