Question R33 GTR Stock Turbo Good or Bad 4 2.0ltr

My bro is turbocharging his 2.0l Honda Prelude. Since I was unable to find a GTST turbo I recomended a GTR one. But the GTR one seems a little small on the turbine side. He's got a MT-8, plazmaman 600X 200 intercooler, decompression plate etc...

He's looking for about 130kw at the wheels. Is this possible with a GTR turbs?

PS Sorry to bring a Honda into the forum.
