so instead of having the "pop ups" you want something that would be on a an accord or civic for example? you can do anything you want really, its just all about money.

i want to put a later model headlight on the car and im not lookin to spend that much, consider me having a tight budget say 1200 and i want to put like 91 integra front end w/ headlights and fenders i assume as well as hood would have to be diff. but im not sure, this is the first time ive tried to do something like this and wondering if its as easy as ordering parts & unbolt and bolt w/ no fabrication.

mo, its not just going to bolt right up. You will have to do SOME fab to get it to work. I cant quote a price but it'll be pricey. Why not just sell your 89 and get a 90??
