Fixing pop up head lights where to start?

I'v looked over some past forms and have gotten a good idea of where i need to go to fix my head lights but where do i start to remove the passenger kicker pannel? and what do the two plugs look like? also can i reset the computer by simply disconecting the battery? and if so what is the diffrence between disconecting the battery and having a dead battery?

Go to ALLPAR.com They know about this stuff. Just go to the Dodge Daytona forum. Yes you can reset the computer that way.
