you mean the doors, or the tweeters up on the dash?
the doors are fairly easy. you have to go around the door and find the screws, in my accord there are 2 that I can remember 1 (covered by a cheap plastic plug that breaks easily so be careful) you have to pry it up with a flathead, unscrew it, then on the door handle in the cup there is another screw covered by a plug, use a small flathead to pry that up, and remove the screw. now, the fun part. You have to remove the small plastic piece that is covering where the (old) cars used to have the sidemirror controls, that just pops off, be careful doing this, as the clip is metal, and a bitch sometimes to get off. Next, just go around the entire door with a large screwdriver, and start prying all the clips off from the bottom of the door to the top, once you get all the clips, the interior of the door should just lift up and off (be careful not to pull the window, doorlock and sideview mirros controls off, that you just turn it sidewways after you remove the interior to get it off the door cover. and just let it hang, or unplug them. then you can see the speaker and it's basket. now for my speakers I put in (pioneer 220watt) the magnet went deeper than the stock speakers, so I had to take the speaker ring & basket, and cut the baket off (with a dremel cutting disc) so you just have a ring, and it worked perfectly. splice the wires for the speaker, and solder the speakers to some (other) speaker wire, and you are all done, just replace the door backwards, and walla!
as for the tweeters, to get to those, you'd have to rip the entire dash out, and I didn't bother.
