air\fuel problem

have a 95 integra LS manual and just had a turbo installed not to long ago. the car runs good , but whenever i come off from boosting the car seems to hesistate somewhat under normal driving conditions. This is easily corrected by turning off the engine and turning it back on again, but I should not have to do that every time i boost. I did get an upgraded fuel pump in hopes this would correct the issue but no dice. and I do have a vorted fmu for fuel management....what am i missing here????
