Question Changing tire sizes. . .

Is it possible for me to change the 205/60-15 tires from my 1993 Nissan Altima with the 205/50-15 on my 1996 VW Jetta? I'm not too familiar with cars in general, so I just thought I would ask before I tried this. I spent a lot of money on the 205/60-15 tires right before my car broke down and now I need new tires for my Jetta and would like to get around spending even more so soon. I hope my question is understandable, I know I'm a total car idiot

No 205/60-15's too tall. Best to try and trade them.
