Question Changing tire sizes

I have a 2002 Echo 4-door sedan with the standard tire/rim size (P175 65R 14). I have an offer of a set of 4 new tires/rims from a 2005 Honda Civic VP, with P185 70R 14's, (Michelin Harmony) already mounted on the Honda rims. Question: Will they fit? I mean, will they rub, when turning lock-to-lock? Is there any problem with suspension travel? I'm getting them free, and I need new tires, so I thought well why not. I was planning on getting a set of new tires, but this is a really good offer (free!). Is there any adverse affect in handling, etc? I just drive around town (work 2 miles from home! - with the occasional trip to San Francisco. I'd appreciate any advise. Thanks!
