the LS OBD0 ECU (PR4) is not the one to get. It has a 6800 rpm rev limit, and will bog the car down becuase it will run so rich. Use a pm6 ECU or a PG7 1g Integra ECU and some way to activate VTEC. The PG7 will still run rich at idle, but it will give you a little better fuel when vtec kicks in.
pm6=7200
pg7=7500
pr4 OBD0=6800

And Btw, recently, i've been working with a friend of mine on reverse engineering honda OBD0 ECUs to make custom ROMS, and one thing that he's found is that the ACTUAL on chip rev limit of the pm6 is 7414 rpm.. this is whats hard coded into the actual EPROM itself. Now, the PG7 has a different kind of ROM, its internal in the microprocessor, so we really cant determine the actual rev limit of this ECU, but i know from experience that its higher thana pm6, so maybe its around 7800 or so. Oh, and oly the 90-91 PM6 and 90-91 PR4 is chippable.. the 88-89 PM6 is identical to the early PG7 ECU. We havent had the chance to reverse engineer a pr4, but its "on paper" rev limit is 6800.

***EDIT****
WOW IS YOUR EXHAUST REALLY 4.5"

So the PM6 ecu (Si ecu, right?) rev limiter is at 7414? I believe it considering I've seen that the rev limiter on paper is at 7200 and when my car is warm i can get my car up to almost 7500 at times, probably actually around 7414. Some people said that my tach is probably just off but now I know im not crazy, lol.

Yeah right i can get it up to 7K tops, but i dont like to do that ever.

Besides why do you even need a higher rev limiter when the engine doesnt make power that high.
