D15b sohc vtec jdm swap
After just learning that you can ref a jdm motor in cali, I was wondering if the d15b vtec has a usdm counterpart that would qualify it for reffing. I specifically was wondering what ecu from usdm would you use. I cant think of anything that is usdm that I could use the ecu out of. I would appreciate any help and if anyone knows if this engine can be reffed?

d16z6 92-95 (came in civic ex/si) w/p28 ecu
the z6 is almost the same motor
