1990 Plymouth Voyager won't start

My 1990 Plymouth Voyager won't start. I would like to know how to check the distributer module to see whether it is good or bad. Anyone have any input?

does it turn over? If so it is probably your fuel pump. take a rubber mallett and hit the fuel tank while you turn it over. If it starts for a second or two it is your pump.
