95 plymouth voyager won't start

just curious before i tackle this. my 95 voyager won't start. 3.0 litre engine, was running yesterday. parked for the night nad does not start now. cranks, almost starts(putter after crank) can smell gas after cranking. from what i have read here check grounds,( where should these be located) check plugs, and wire etc any help would be appreciated.

Any codes? Could be an egr valve.
