Exclamation RE:Tamiya 911 Porsche Carrera-good or not

Is the fit of that kit good like usual Tamiya quality? or is it lousy?

Very good kit, very similar to the GT3 kit (that's why I'd even recommend the GT3). Only downside is it's an older kit, so no window mask templates

It's an excellent kit, I've built both it and the GT3. The Tamiya Boxster is also excellent. Tamiya's curbside kits are excellent, I like not having to build engines on many of my models.

GT3 w/Modena rims

Boxster w/GT3 body kit and rims

My 911 model is in pics, but my photo service isn't running properly right now, I may not be available to post pics of it for a week as I will be out of town. Do a search, check the galleries...others have built it.
