Unhappy 2004 Z06/z16 c/e edition

I just found out that the special stripes on the c/e edition are decals.
These decals are exposed (not clear-coated over) So if you wax the car it will get into the borders. Also the stickers could peel to easy....definatly a car that has to be garaged all the time! I am dissapointed cuase I wanted one!!!!!

Yup. I don't get it. The 50th was mostly boring and now this LeMans
Edition Blue with supposed carbon fiber hood(not the entire hood either).

It seems a good many that were in the marketing/design department are
no longer there. Not counting the Z06(for more that SE status), the
last serious Special Edition was the finality of the C4 era with the
Grand Sport. Not THAT car was and is truely a special edition car.

Since then(96'), GM has kinda been slow in reacting to the fan base
when it's comes to certain models.
