Please Anyone Help!

Hi,

As you know Im still getting code 8 and code 16.
8- Top Dead Center
16- Fuel Injector

I used to have a code 6 and i got it to go away somehow.

My car limits my revs at 3000 RPM.

I know code 8 has something to do with my Dizzy.
But I checked the wires and they look fine.

I really dont know what to do.
I am about ready to take it to a mechanic so I better get ready to spend some $.

If anyone could please help me or give me any suggestions on how to fix this problem. Please help.

did u try and switch the blue/yellow and blue/green wires ?

Im at lunch break right now.
But ill try to switch them when i get off work.
what exactly do you mean by these wires?
On da ECU or Dizzy?

dizzy, but i know in my chiltons manual it says what code is what and the steps to check whats wrong and how to fix the code, u should get one of those. i would help u but my book is at home and im in college so im not a home

Ya, I called a mechanic today.
He says he will run a complete diagnostic on it and tell me whats wrong.
Its 40 bucks for the diagnostic.
But if he finds the problem and I let them repair it I get 40 bucks back.
Sounds like a good deal.
I really dont wanna mess around with the fuel injection or dizzy anymore lol.
I learned my lesson.
Ill only do it on a car thats not my daily driver.
What is the mechanic most likely gonna do?
Run a computer diagnostic on it.
Then try different things?
what should I watch out for when taking it there?
